Positive: Prime location. Right in the heart of Zakopane, with easy access to the shops, market stalls, and restaurants. Walking distance to the Gubolawka funicular. The hotel restaurant, Halka, was the best meal I had in Poland. Breakfast had a great variety of options and was consistently good. I booked a room with a balcony and view of the mountains. I felt it was worth it. I didn't book any time in the spa, but the wellness/pool area was fantastic. My only regret is that the jacuzzis were all being used the one night I wanted to relax after hiking to Morskie Oko. But the pool was still lovely, and it's located an easy distance from some great thermal baths. Private parking was a huge plus.
Negative: The hotel was in process of updating photos/images for their website (I assume) and so there was a photo crew that seemed to be everywhere around the hotel in my first days. A necessary evil, so not a real complaint. Just slightly awkward at a few moments.

Positive: Besutiful hotel right in the middle of Zakopane. Ample parking. Great spa facilities. We had to switch room because the rooms facing the courtyard are a bit small (and my partner is very tall) but excellent service and they moved to a nice room with a view. Excellent breakfast and very nice hotel

Positive: My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. I liked everything without exception. The location is excellent and close to all the main attractions, the services are great, the breakfast is varied and delicious, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for such a great experience.
Negative: Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like, everything was excellent and beyond expectations.
Summary: My stay at the hotel was exceptional in every detail.

Positive: The property is beautiful, rooms are lofty and respect the local style without being kitsch. We also enjoyed the little welcome gift left for us. Spa is great, we will definitely be back.
Negative: Nothing to fault really - however if I am to give one feedback for improvement, given the 5 star rating and the rest of my experience: I think the lobby can do without the shops and instead could have a larger space dedicated to some decadent display of cakes etc and make it a warmer environment to enjoy a drink or cakes (a bit like luxury Swiss mountain hotels), which is currently only being served at La Scandale Bistro and it’s more of a bar vibe that isn’t so inviting versus rest of the hotel I’d say.

Positive: Breakfast was really good, you can find everything you would expect in breakfast. Extremely fresh. Great way to start the day. The staff amazing! Really! So easy to get everything done. We got an extra time checking out and even stayed in the spa until our flight. We had an issue with the lamp, which was fixed within 30 min. You cannot get anything better. Highly recommend! Everything is super clean, the SPA really fun to be in.
